General Information
1) Cancellations – Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the
work completed at the time of cancellation.
2) Warranty – All products sold by MTM are guaranteed to be of good quality
materials and workmanship. If our quality inspectors overlooked a factory
defect, write or call your Customer Care Associate within ten days after
delivery and we will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for
return.
3) Returns – A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued for all
returns. Merchandise without a RGA will not be accepted. Custom orders may not
be returned unless a factory defect exists.
4) Shipping charges – Shipping charges according to weight will apply to all
orders. Priority shipping is available; however, customer is responsible for all
shipping charges.
5) Method of shipment – GROUND is the normal method of shipment unless otherwise
specified. (Delivery to a P.O. Box is not available). 2ND DAY SERVICE – This
method assures the merchandise to be delivered by the close of business on the
2nd day (Mon. – Fri.) to most destinations in the continental U.S. Additional
shipping costs apply. NEXT DAY DELIVERY – This method assures the merchandise to
be delivered the next day after shipment to most destinations in the continental
U.S. Additional shipping costs apply. MTM is not responsible for delays or
damage in transit.
6) Over/Under runs – Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered.
However, for imprinted items, MTM reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or
under the amount of the order and will accordingly.
7) PMS Match – If a PMS color match is required an additional color match charge
may apply.
8) Set-up charges – All set-up charges listed will apply to each order.
9) A Customer Care Associate will contact you with the final amount that will be
charged to your credit card. This amount will include product cost, set-up
charges, shipping and taxes.
